How it works: Inside each TRV is a mechanism filled with liquid or wax. As the room warms up, the liquid/wax expands, gently closing the valve and reducing hot water flow. When the room cools, the opposite happens, allowing more hot water in to maintain your desired temperature granting you further heating control without having to manually adjust the valve.
